Ruth White Yoga Blocks made from reconstituted foam (chip foam), which is produced using various grades of recycled foam. Their dense quality means they are strong enough to support yoga postures, yet soft enough to be comfortable. The colours of these Chip Foam Blocks may vary. Ideal to support the body in many yoga postures, for example Sukhasana (Simple Cross Legs), Virasana (Hero Pose) (twist), Setu Bandha Sarvangasana (Shoulder Stand Bridge Pose – supported), Halasana and Ardha Halasana (Plough and Half Plough Pose) and Salamba Sarangasana (supported Shoulder Stand). Made in the United Kingdom. Our Recycled Chip Foam Yoga Blocks have been tested by specialists and independent yoga teachers. They are manufactured to a specific size, weight and density.
